Packaging obligation
The Packaging Ordinance 2014 has been in force since January 2015 and regulates the reuse and prevention of packaging waste as well as its recycling. We as manufacturers take our obligations regarding the Austrian Packaging Ordinance seriously. Therefore, we cooperate with competent partners for the professional and efficient collection, disposal and recycling of industrial packaging.
2012 until 18.03.2013
The packaging materials supplied by us are exempted from the obligations of the collection and recycling system ARA Altstoff Recycling Austria AG and the collection and recycling system INTERSEROH Austria GmbH.19.03.2013 - 31.07.2013
The packaging materials delivered by us are exempted from the obligation to collect and recycle them at the ARA Altstoff Recycling Austria AG collection and recycling system.01.08.2013 - 31.12.2014
The packaging materials supplied by us are exempted from the obligations of the collection and recycling system ARA Altstoff Recycling Austria AG and the collection and recycling system INTERSEROH Austria GmbH.From 01.01.2015
In accordance with the amendment to the Waste Management Act (AWG) and the Packaging Ordinance, the packaging materials we put into circulation in Austria are exempted from the obligation to take part in the Austrian collection and recycling system ARA with licence number 2695.Discharge of transport packaging as the initial distributor by GEDORE AUSTRIA GmbH for recipients of goods in Germany from 01 July 2022
GEDORE AUSTRIA GmbH would like to point out that all used, completely empty packaging within the meaning of § 15 Para. 1 VErpackG of the same type, shape and size as the packaging used by us can be returned free of charge at the place of delivery or in its immediate vicinity.
