The E-torc P was developed for use in industrial production and assembly processes. The tool enables precise measurement of torque and angle of rotation and helps users to carry out screw connections that require documentation in a safe and traceable manner. This makes it suitable for companies in the automotive industry, the supply industry, mechanical and plant engineering, and general manufacturing. The combination of ergonomic design, clear signaling, and reliable interface communication supports the efficient implementation of assembly specifications.
By combining reliable measurement technology with clearly defined workflows, the E-torc P supports the safe execution of industrial torque applications. Visual, acoustic, and haptic signals guide users through the entire tightening process. The tool can be integrated into existing production systems via Wi-Fi in 2.4 and 5 GHz, USB C, and optional Zigbee. In addition, up to 9999 measurement data, 100 measurement curves, and up to 150 work plans can be stored locally, enabling structured and traceable documentation.
The E-torc P is designed for industrial applications. These include production lines in the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, assembly workstations in the manufacturing industry, and areas of application with electronic documentation requirements. The combination of precise measurement, reproducible results, and digital connectivity supports reliable and traceable screwdriving processes.
The E-torc P supports WLAN in 2.4 and 5 GHz as well as USB C and optional Zigbee. The tool can be integrated into production management systems via Open Protocol and the GEDORE ASCII Protocol. Data transfer enables traceable documentation of screwdriving processes and facilitates connection to existing IT structures.
The E-torc P uses a replaceable 18650 lithium-ion battery. This can be charged via USB C, an external charger, or the optional wireless charging station. The charging station is also suitable for vertical wall mounting.
