For us, compliance with the laws, regulations and recognised values of the cultures in which we operate is a fundamental principle of economically responsible action. The individual companies of the GEDORE Group comply with the applicable national and international laws and regulations, minimum industrial standards, ILO and UN conventions and all other relevant standards. At the German sites, we fulfil our legal obligations by introducing the compliance management system ‘Recht im Betrieb’ (‘Law at work’) from the lawyers Dr Rack.

Adherence to these self-imposed compliance requirements strengthens our corporate ethics and thus the trust of employees, business partners, cities and municipalities and all other stakeholders.

Our compliance measures are designed not only to fulfil legal requirements, but also to promote ethical business practices. All measures are based on a holistic approach and integrate all business areas.
