GEDORE acts responsibly
Compliance with the laws, regulations and recognised values of the cultures in which we operate is a fundamental principle of economically responsible action. In the individual companies of the GEDORE Group, the applicable national and international laws and regulations, minimum industrial standards, ILO and UN conventions and all other relevant standards are observed.

Certified quality
GEDORE has introduced a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 for development, production, sales and logistics services for tools. With the aim of establishing an efficient occupational health and safety system, one was integrated and certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 45001. In addition, we are currently working on the certification of an environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001, after we have received the certification according to the ÖKOPROFIT standard in 2023 and an energy management system according to DIN EN ISO 50001 has been successfully introduced.

Code of Conduct
Our GEDORE Code of Conduct contains all the company's internal guidelines and rules for action in day-to-day business. All GEDORE employees are responsible for their actions in their area of responsibility and thus actively shape our corporate culture. Acting in accordance with the guidelines of the Supplier Code of Conduct is also mandatory for GEDORE suppliers and business partners.
Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act
Since 1 January 2024, GEDORE has been legally obliged to implement the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). The LkSG places requirements on companies to organise their supply chains, including their own business units, responsibly with regard to respect for human rights. At GEDORE, we take this obligation very seriously, because values-based corporate governance is essential for our management. For this reason, we started working on the implementation of the requirements at an early stage and are collaborating with INTEGRITY NEXT on this.
