The robust, finely-toothed 1993 U-20 SK reversible ratchet is easily changed by hand from clockwise to anti-clockwise operation. The lever is recessed in the ratchet head to prevent unintentional adjustment while working. The ratchet's inner-cavity hexagonal system ensures that bolting tasks, for instance on threaded rods or protruding bolts, are unproblematic. Thanks to the internal hexagon holder, the overall height of the reversible ratchet is particularly flat, which predestines it for working even in the most confined spaces. This is further supported by the return-swing angle of only 6° and the drop-shaped design of the head. The reversible ratchet has a non-slip 2-component handle for safe, hand-friendly use.
The set contains 13 plug-type screw connections no. 19 SK with hexagon drive in key widths 10 to 24 mm. These special bits can be used both for working on, for instance, bolts, as well as on conventional screw connections, and so prove themselves as universal screwdriving accessories. The socket wrench bits are simply inserted in the hexagon holder of the reversible ratchet, and are instantly ready for use. Fitted with GEDORE's Unit Drive Profile (UD Profile) for the perfect transmission of force and optimised screwdriving process.
The UD Profile has a wavy structure with rounded contact points. This structure spares the screw heads and creates the ideal force closure, which results in up to 20% higher torque transmission. Even with worn screw heads, the special structure of the profile prevents slipping or spinning.
The set is safely and neatly stored in the high-quality blue steel sheet GEDORE case. It is extremely robust and durable. A two-tone foam check-tool insert makes it easier to organise the individual components, and at the same time is a visual aid for checking that all the items are in place.
As a highlight in the current MAGIC promotion, the Socket wrench set 1/2" 19 SKU-20 by GEDORE is available at particularly attractive conditions (RRP €248.71 including VAT).
