Breakaway torque up to 900 N·m

The requirements for gate valve machines used in the pipeline network are demanding: they must be time and cost efficient, safe and reliable. GEDORE Torque Solutions, as a specialist for high torque machines, has further optimised the LDA-S product range.

Electronic infinitely variable torque adjustment

Working without a wear-prone slipping clutch: The electronically infinitely variable torque adjustment and the smooth starting of the motor make it impossible for the slider spindle to tear off jerkily. The LED status display is an irreplaceable control and quality instance in the application. The LDA-S also has a soft electronic shut-off to prevent jerky overtightening.

Robust planetary gear

Many years of development of high torque wrenches have resulted in a robust planetary gear. Very long tool life and high breakaway torques speak for the use of the GTS LDA-S.

Ergonomic construction

Weight-optimised without sacrificing comfort and the necessary safety. A 360° rotatable motor unit guarantees ergonomics adapted to the individual application. This enables the operator to open even alone stuck slides of any size with ease. The ergonomic handle sits securely in the hand. This minimizes the risk of injury enormously. Conclusion: Fatigue-free and safe working even with stiff sliders.

The LDA-S slide gate wrench is available on the market in three standard versions, 500, 700 and 900 N·m, covering a much wider torque range than comparable models. Other torques are available on request. With a total weight of between 3.3 and 3.9 kilograms - depending on the type - the GTS gate valve wrench also scores points in competition. The likewise very light battery (740 g), the electronically infinitely variable torque adjustment, the microprocessor-controlled switch-off electronics and the robust planetary gear offer additional plus points in terms of user comfort, safety, efficiency and precision.

In addition to the mandatory operating instructions, the LDA-S includes three lithium-ion batteries, a charger and a tool case for safe transport and storage. All technical details and the scope of delivery are described in detail in our product flyer.
