GEDORE red offers a comprehensive range of ratchets with reversible ratchets in all common drive sizes: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4". Many models feature a 2-component handle that enables comfortable power transmission and secure handling. Fine-toothed ratchet heads with a small return angle also allow efficient work in confined installation spaces.
For particularly confined areas, the R60120027 2K articulated reversible ratchet with a 1/2" square drive is available. Its ratchet head can be swivelled and locked in various angular positions, making it considerably easier to tighten and loosen screws in difficult-to-access areas. For 1/4" applications, the R40120027 (READYFLEX) offers the same articulated function with a ratchet head that swivels through 180° and 72 teeth.

For pure rotational applications without a switching mechanism, the R60600006 2K geared ratchet with a 1/2" square drive is also available.
Screwdriver Inserts and Socket Inserts
The GEDORE red insert range includes socket inserts and screwdriver inserts in the most common metric and imperial sizes. The inserts are matched to GEDORE red ratchets and square drives in accordance with DIN 3120 and fit securely into the square drive thanks to their ball retention groove.
Short and long versions, as well as deep sockets for screws with shafts or threaded rods, complement the range. This provides the user with the right solution for both easily accessible screw heads and deeply recessed hexagon nuts.
