Bit Adapter: Drive with a Reversible Ratchet
A bit adapter connects the 1/4" hexagonal shank of a bit to the square drive of a suitable reversible ratchet. The adapter is inserted into the ratchet, after which the bit is inserted into the adapter’s bit holder. This allows existing ratchets to be used for bit applications. This is practical when the drive needs to be changed quickly or when you do not want to use a separate bit ratchet in addition to your bit set.
Quick-Change Adapter: Faster Bit Changes
A quick-change adapter makes it easier to switch between different bits. Instead of replacing the entire drive, the bit in use is released and replaced with another one. This saves time when working with several profiles and sizes. For safe use, the bit must be fully inserted into the holder and the quick-change mechanism must be correctly locked.
Drive Adapter with Bit Retainer: Secure Hold
A bit retainer additionally holds the inserted bit in the holder. It prevents the bit from accidentally falling out during work and ensures a reliable connection between the bit and the drive.
