Ordering Services for Dealers

By enabling electronic data exchange, we ensure maximum efficiency for our partners and ourselves: standardising the transmission of information, product data, and processes allows us to shorten order processing and procurement times while simultaneously reducing potential sources of error.

Delivery of Your Order

To ensure smooth logistics processes, we deliver your orders from our central warehouse via optimised routes. Orders received by 12:00 noon are dispatched on the same day.

Deliveries within scheduled routes are free of shipping charges. For deliveries outside regular routes, we charge only the minimum handling fee of EUR 6.90.

For deliveries to alternative consignees within Germany, a shipping fee of EUR 6.90 applies. Deliveries to alternative consignees abroad are available on request and are charged according to the actual effort involved. Express shipping costs are also available on request and are based on the applicable service charges.

Product and Catalogue Data

We provide our trade partners with images, texts, logos, technical data, and operating instructions in common export formats such as BMEcat, or via exchange platforms such as OXOMI.

Answers to the Most Frequently Asked Questions

The GEDORE Service Team is available to answer technical questions about EDI integration. GEDORE actively supports partners throughout the entire onboarding process — from technical set-up to going live.

EDI data exchange is primarily recommended for dealers with high order volumes and integrated inventory management systems. For smaller partners, the GEDORE service team advises on the most suitable solution.

GEDORE provides product data in standardised formats, including master article data, ETIM classifications, technical descriptions, and image material. The exact formats depend on the requirements of the respective dealer or the platform used.

The GEDORE Group supports common EDI standards that enable integration into standard ERP and inventory management systems. Details on supported formats and technical connection are agreed individually as part of the onboarding process.
