OCHSENKOPF Repairs and Returns

The merchandise must be current, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns also require prior written approval from GEDORE. The merchandise may be returned for inspection only after receiving the appropriate authorization.

Products purchased from GEDORE within the last 24 months are eligible. This means that the original date of purchase is a key criterion for eligibility for return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the merchandise has been inspected and approved, a credit note for 75 percent of the invoiced price will be issued within 30 days. Additional costs for reconditioning, calibration, or repackaging may result in corresponding deductions.

For safety reasons, insulated and spark-free tools are excluded from returns. The same applies to promotional items and products that are no longer part of the current catalog.
