The new E-Drive Stator Lift
A central challenge in disassembling electric motors is separating the rotor from the stator. High radial magnetic forces and extremely small air gaps between the components make controlled disassembly without suitable mechanical support extremely demanding. Even the slightest contact can damage sensitive surfaces and impair the motor's function.
This is where the E-Drive Stator Lift comes in: the stator is pulled off the axially fixed rotor with a maximum separating force of 5 tonnes while maintaining the radial air gap. The precise centring and fixing of the rotor, together with the high rigidity of the motor-driven device, ensure precise guidance of the separation process. Separation takes place without contact between rotor and stator, so that damage to the sensitive components is avoided.
Until now, repairs to electric motors have been only partially possible due to the demanding separation of rotor and stator. With the E-Drive Stator Lift, defective individual components can be replaced in a targeted way. In suitable cases, this avoids replacing the entire motor. Motors can therefore be used for longer, material resources are conserved, and unnecessary complete replacements are avoided.
For efficient workshop processes, the E-Drive Stator Lift is designed as a semi-automatic, motor-driven separating device. An integrated stator fixing table allows operation by a single person and makes the separation process easier. The universal mounting grid makes the device versatile and supports both motor disassembly and the subsequent assembly. The high rigidity of the device ensures precise and reproducible movements, creating the conditions for lasting use in the workshop.
