Goods must be current, in their original packaging and resalable
Prior written consent from GEDORE required
Time restriction
Goods must have been purchased from GEDORE within the last 24 months
Costs and processing
The return costs are borne by the customer
Credit note: 75% of the invoiced price after positive inspection within 30 days
Deductions for reconditioning, calibration and repackaging possible
Exclusions
Isolated and non-sparking tools are not eligible for return for safety reasons
Promotional goods and goods outside the current catalog program are not eligible for return
