Our authorised specialist retail partners have access to extended information material and sales documents in the protected service area. You can also find out about special promotions and new products on a regular basis.
To ensure smooth logistics processes, we deliver your orders by the shortest route from our central warehouse using optimised routes.
Orders received by 12am are dispatched on the same day.
Deliveries within the scheduled routes are free of shipping costs for you.
For deliveries outside the regular routes, we only charge the minimum cost of 6.90 euros.
For deliveries to different consignees in Germany, we charge shipping costs of 6.90 euros. Deliveries to different consignees abroad are made on request and will be charged according to the respective costs.
The costs for express delivery are still on request and are based on the service costs.
