Wear-Free Planetary Gearbox
The backlash-free high-performance gearbox operates without a mechanical slip clutch. This allows power to be transmitted directly and in a controlled manner. Changes in transmission behaviour caused by wear are reduced, meaning that the machine is designed to provide consistent operation even during repeated use. This supports a long service life and reduces the need for gearbox maintenance.
Smart Automatic Shut-Off
The electronic control system monitors the operation and stops the machine when the end stop is reached. This prevents the tool from placing loads on the valve beyond the intended resistance. Spindles and valves are therefore protected against unnecessary overloads when used as intended.
Smooth Start and Precision
The torque can be adjusted continuously to suit the respective valve and work step. The soft start reduces sudden peaks in force at start-up and enables controlled loosening of seized gate valves. This allows the available power to be applied precisely without subjecting the mechanics to unnecessary shock loads.

LDA-S and LAW-S Solution: Cordless Gate Valve Operating Machine with Documentation
The gate valve wrench with display and documentation software is available as the LDA-S Solution and LAW-S Solution variants for different torque ranges. The designation LDA-S Solution refers to the straight-design machines. The LAW-S Solution series features an angled gearbox for opening and closing gate valves in hard-to-access locations. Both series cover applications from 500 to 1,200 Nm and feature identical components.
