The secret to success: intelligent microprocessor electronics
At the heart of the cordless high-torque bolting tools is a proprietary, patented shut-off system with microprocessor control. It ensures that the specified tightening torques are maintained precisely and that torque accuracy remains stable throughout the battery’s entire discharge cycle. The electronics increase and regulate the battery voltage. This extends battery runtime and keeps the torque constant. An active relaxation function ensures that the bolting tool automatically releases tension once the work is complete, allowing it to be removed from the fastener easily.
