DREMOMETER: Torque Precision up to 3,000 Nm
The GEDORE Original is the only torque wrench with a complete housing made of lightweight aluminium. When torque wrenches deliver up to 3,000 Nm, the weight advantage is obvious. At the same time, the DREMOMETER is extremely robust and resistant to dirt and the harsh conditions found in industry and workshops. Extensions are often used in these applications. To ensure that the actual torque is still transferred to the fastener without distortion, we developed a special mechanism for the DREMOMETER:
The drive and the pivot point of the drive lever are aligned on one axis. This means that the set torque is reached precisely even when using an extension or operating the wrench with both hands — without any shift in the value.
Up to 2 Hours of Time Savings per Job
The KL-4999-820 NFZ MODULO 820 rolling workbench combines hand tools, hydraulic drive components and special tools in one mobile workstation. Tools and work surface are available directly at the vehicle. This supports short distances, clear tool allocation and structured processes during chassis and axle repairs. The time advantage is particularly evident when replacing control arm bushings: according to the available comparison data, processing time is reduced from 1–2 hours to approximately 30 minutes. Significantly shorter processing times are also reported for work on wheel hubs and steering knuckle pins, as well as for the removal and installation of pins and bushings. Across the applications considered, this results in an average time saving of approximately two hours per job. With 50 comparable jobs per year, this corresponds to around 100 additional working hours.

Yes. The system has a modular design. Brand-specific extension sets and pressure pieces ensure that the tools fit the axle and chassis components of MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Scania, Volvo, DAF and Iveco, as well as SAF and BPW trailer axles.
The maximum load specified for the control arm bushing tool set is 28 tonnes. The hydraulic cylinder, pump and accessories are selected to match the respective application.
That is precisely what the GEDORE Automotive press tools were developed for. Thanks to the compact design of our hollow piston cylinders, bushings, spring eyes and wheel hubs can be removed and installed directly on the vehicle, either in a service pit or on a lifting platform. This can save up to 70% of working time.
The DREMOMETER DR 3/4", model 8568-35 / code no. 7670930, is designed for controlled tightening. The torque range and design must be checked to ensure they match the specific fastener before ordering.
The NFZ MODULO 820 rolling workbench / KL-4999-820 / code no. 3425835 is designed as a mobile workstation for organised maintenance work on commercial vehicle axles. The truck workshop set 2.20 / code no. 1088718 complements the equipment for specific pulling applications.
