Built on a Stable Foundation: The Castor System
Even under full load – up to 1,000 kg depending on the model – tool trolleys and workbenches remain easy to manoeuvre, while tyre shearing is prevented. The vertical and horizontal forces that occur are absorbed by the form-locking trapezoidal design. The trapezoidal GEDORE castor bracket distributes the forces evenly. The axle is supported at three points and firmly connected to the trapezoidal structure. The third bearing in the centre prevents the axle from bending under load. Thanks to this special axle design, the high-performance wheels are always guaranteed to roll on their running surfaces.
